YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO TAKE ON A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT- NOW WHAT?

Step 1:
IDENTIFY TASKS TO BE DONE
Now we need to identify what tasks you want your assistant to do. What processes do you have in place? If there isn’t a process in place because you are so used to doing everything yourself, lets create a process!

How we work?
Your onboarding manager will work closely with you via Zoom, phone calls and in person to understand your business. All the while formulating a training plan for your future assistant.

Step 2:
SELECTING AND INTRODUCING YOUR VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE
Once we understand your business and processes we will select and introduce you to your virtual assistant.
Then some training!
Once you have met and approved your assistant our onboarding manager will go through what has been learned during the onboarding stage and your VA will be trained. You will be a part of this process with regular updates and open communication.

Step 3: Getting the job done
