Meet Yuzu Poppy (VG). Poppy sponge soaked in yuzu syrup, a thick layer of poppy cream, dipped in vegan yuzu white chocolate and rolled in long thread coconut with poppy seed. Finished with a rosette and a curl of yuzu skin.
