I had the pleasure of sitting down with Thomas Rockliff, former AFL captain and now founder of Rockliff Finance, to talk about life after footy and the lessons he’s brought into business.

One of my favourite moments was Tom sharing what he learned from the Resilience Project, the reminder that it’s not always about the next deal or the next big goal, but appreciating what we already have and the environment we create around us.

This past weekend, RPM Finance a client I mentor, hosted a spectacular car show on the beautiful Gold Coast. It was a fantastic example of how a brokerage can blend their business with their passion to create meaningful connections and grow their network.

Seeing RPM Finance’s team in action, engaging with car enthusiasts and building new relationships, was truly inspiring. It’s a testament to how combining your interests with your business can lead to great success.

I had the pleasure of attending this amazing event and witnessing firsthand the positive impact it had on both the business and the community.
