I N S I D E our delicious signature White Chocolate Vanilla cake with layers of Vanilla Bean Buttercream frosting, the cake is completely encased in chocolate ganache before being covered in a stunning eucalyptus coloured fondant and decorated.

What an awesome challenge this cake was, when Willow’s mum contacted me she made it very clear she wanted a zombie cake for her daughters 18th
birthday and something absolutely gory and shocking. The Walking Dead fans will know which character this zombie is from the series and why his arms and bottom jaw were hacked off!

Inside this gory cake is white chocolate vanilla cake with layers of vanilla bean buttercream, completely encased in chocolate ganache before being decorated with fondant and modelling chocolate to achieve the final detail.

For Isla’s very first birthday I was lucky enough to be able to create this cheeky little cake. Inside was scrumptious white chocolate vanilla cake with vanilla bean buttercream layers, completely encase in white chocolate ganache before being covered in fondant and decorated for cuteness overload!

One of my really good clients asked me to make a cake for her dad Syd’s 85th birthday, the brief was something with a cruise ship to reflect his love of them and the memory of him taking his girls on a cruise when they were younger, I love when my cakes mean something to someone.

On the inside: our popular moist White Chocolate Vanilla cake with layers of vanilla bean buttercream and completely encased in vanilla bean buttercream mousse! Topped with a handcrafted cruise ship made from sugar paste and white chocolate shards....YUM!

This little thumper I created for little Kyra’s 1st Birthday! Her mum told me she wanted a little bunny holding a carrot and left it up to me, with matching carrot cupcake toppers, all edible and handcrafted from fondant icing.
Inside was a very yummy and moist carrot cake with gentle spices and layered with vanilla bean buttercream frosting.

Sometimes I get to make a very special cake for someone close to my heart & this sweet woodland themed baby shower cake was especially for great friends of mine, my bestie and her man. The woodland design matched their invitations and styling of the event on the day. I was so proud to make this cake for them and be a part of their exciting day. Inside was chocolate buttermilk cake with layers of chocolate mousse buttercream, the entire cake was encased in chocolate ganache before being decorated.
Still waiting for baby to arrive so I have plenty of time to plan the first birthday cake!!

What an absolute delight it was for me to create this for a gorgeous little boy turning one! His mum Sara wanted something colourful and fun and to reflect Liam’s love of all things that move and leaving the rest to me with freedom to surprise her, I was so happy when she said it was better than she ever could have imagined!

Inside was our signature white chocolate vanilla cake with layers of vanilla bean buttercream, the entire cake was encased in chocolate ganache before being decorated for little Liam.
