Mummas Circle

Mummas Circle Mummas Circle is a warm, inclusive community created to support, uplift, and connect mums . When I became a mum 17 years ago, I didn’t have a support network.

We offer welcoming mums groups, beautiful events, and a safe space to find your village, share real conversations, and feel truly seen and supported. I’m Rashelle Leahy, first and foremost a proud mum to three gorgeous girls who keep me grounded, inspired, and always on my toes. Motherhood has been my greatest teacher, shaping not only who I am but how I show up in the world. That experience lit a

fire in me. I learned firsthand how deeply mothers need connection, community, and a safe space to just be. It’s why I’m so passionate about creating places where mums can find their village with real support, real conversations, and a community that helps them not only survive but truly thrive. Supporting mums has become one of the greatest joys of my life. Whether it’s through group sessions, events, workshops, or simply holding space for honest conversations, I love helping women feel seen, understood, and part of something bigger. Watching mums arrive unsure and leave feeling lighter, more confident, and more connected is a privilege I never take for granted. Life has taken me all over, including living in Melbourne and Dubai, and those experiences have shaped my love for diversity, connection, and seeing the world from a wider, more global perspective. I love connecting with women in all stages of life and meeting new people every day. I’m obsessed with travel, holistic health and wellness, personal and professional development, and my two cheeky sausage dogs who think they run the place. And at any event, social or professional, you’ll probably find me holding someone’s baby. It’s my happy place.

🎙️ New Episode Alert! | Episode 4

Did you know postpartum depletion affects up to 50% of mothers and if left unaddressed, can last up to 10 years? 😮

In our latest episode, Rashelle sits down with clinical nutritionist and feeding therapist Courtney Garfoot from Juni Pediatrics to talk about WHY so many mums are running on empty, what to look for, and most importantly what to do about it.

Because exhaustion, brain fog and hair loss are COMMON in motherhood… but they don’t have to be your normal. 💛

Motherhood has a way of convincing us we're not doing enough.

Not patient enough.
Not productive enough.
Not organised enough.
Not rested enough.

But what if you stopped measuring yourself against perfection and started recognising how much you're carrying?

If you're tired, overwhelmed, questioning yourself, or simply navigating a hard season, this is your reminder that you don't have to have it all figured out.

You're learning.
You're growing.
You're doing the best you can with what you have today.

And that's enough. 🤍

✨ Save this for a day when you need the reminder.

In case you missed last weeks episode of Inside Mummas Circle with Courtney from Nourished Psychology.

Motherhood can be beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming, emotional, and at times incredibly lonely.

In this episode, psychologist Courtney Wilton from Nourished Psychology shares an important reminder: not every difficult moment means something is “wrong” with you. Many mums experience ups and downs as they navigate the huge transition into motherhood, and understanding what’s normal, what might need extra support, and how to care for yourself along the way can make all the difference.

If you’ve ever questioned whether what you’re feeling is normal, struggled with the mental load of motherhood, or simply needed reassurance that you’re not alone, this conversation is for you. 🤍

Parenting has a funny way of teaching us lessons we never expected to learn.

So often we focus on helping our children navigate big emotions, but motherhood also asks us to slow down, reflect, and learn how to navigate our own.

The truth is, our little ones don't need perfect mums. They need mums who are willing to learn, grow, repair, and show themselves grace along the way. 🤍

If this resonates with you, know you're not alone. We're all figuring it out one day, one deep breath, and one coffee at a time.

🎙️ NEW PODCAST EPISODE | Maternal Mental Health & Wellness 🤍
Motherhood can be beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming, exhausting, isolating, and at times, incredibly hard.

In our latest episode of Inside Mummas Circle, I sit down with psychologist Courtney Wilton to have an honest conversation about the realities of becoming a mother.

Together, we explore:
✨ Baby blues, postpartum anxiety and depression
✨ Intrusive thoughts and why they're more common than many mums realise
✨ Matrescence and the identity shift that comes with motherhood
✨ The invisible mental load so many mothers carry
✨ When to seek support and how loved ones can help

This episode is a gentle reminder that struggling doesn't make you a bad mum. It makes you human.

If you're a new mum, expecting a baby, supporting someone through postpartum, or simply want to better understand the emotional journey of motherhood, this conversation is for you. 🤍

Because while babies need caring for, mums need caring for too.

✨ Monday was something else. Two full groups and a very full heart. ✨

We were so lucky to have Jess and Bec from Coastlife Families join us to chat all things sleep, starting solids, and everything in between.

But as always, it’s the moments in between that remind me why this community is so special. ❤️

One beautiful mumma arrived with a bag of clothes to pass on to other mums. Conversations flowed, stories were shared, advice was exchanged, and support was given freely.

Because that’s what Mummas Circle is all about.

A village of women showing up for one another.
A place where friendships are formed.
A space where no one has to navigate motherhood alone.

I absolutely LOVE our community and feel so grateful to witness these moments every single week. 🤍
