EARLY INTERVENTION IS KEY TO HELPING YOU PROTECT YOUR PEOPLE

With the cost of Workers Compensation rising across Australia, it is now critically important to implement industry best EARLY INTERVENTION to mitigate rising workers compensation costs and improve the culture, performance, and wellbeing of your people and your organisation.

Gallagher Workplace Risk promotes a culture of preventative practice through early identification and rectification of potential problems before they result in an injury or claim. For over 20 years we have shifted organisations from a reactive model to a proactive model … and to a predictive model for advanced employers.

The cost of a single workers compensation claim could be hundreds of thousands of dollars in increased workers compensation premiums, if you are a medium to large employer. Your investment in early intervention is a small fraction of this cost and typically achieves significant savings.

A holistic approach is the key. Our qualified Occupational Health professionals apply a range of tools and programs that enable and assist in the identification and intervention of pre-existing injury or poor work practices that place organisations at risk of a claim. Plus our Risk Advisory / Safety experts help mitigate your legal exposure, strengthen your tenders and organisational reputation, improve your financial outcomes and foster a workplace culture where your employees genuinely understand the importance of being physically and psychologically safe. And in the event of a claim our Workers Compensation team employ the most appropriate strategies to achieve a sustained return to work in the most cost effective manner.

Employers that act proactively to monitor and address the health of their employees through early intervention strategies, reduce the risk of an injury and a workers compensation claim, enhance workplace culture and productivity, and protect their people.
