The Establishment
The restaurant resides humbly on the ground floor of an early 1900’s style building. Although humble from the outside, it’s another story altogether when you open the doors. First to grab your eye are high-reaching concrete pillars and arched windows that instantly bring a certain granger to the building. Along with its exposed concrete walls, brass finishes, polished concrete floors, bentwood chairs and endless marble back bar set the tone for a remarkably unique experience.

As compelling as it is, the building its self is only there to highlight the food and service that awaits its customers. With its international awards and a go to for Sydney’s foodies, it's only too easy to see why it has become such a benchmark.
