I am thrilled and excited to have completed my Doctorate journey on Strategic Leadership. The examiners' feedback included comments like: “The candidate provides clear and repeated evidence of consistent and methodical academic scholarliness. This is apparent throughout, from the detailed description of the research problem and objectives to the systematic alignment, in the concluding chapter, of the objectives with the findings”

I am grateful for the support from my supervisor, A/P Dr Luke van der Laan, who inspired me to consider futures studies and to focus on foresight and strategic thinking capability as an antecedent for strategy formation and engagement and as a predictor of organisational outcomes.

The way forward is about supporting senior leaders and organisations in developing foresight and strategic thinking capability to achieve desired organisational outcomes, which is a natural expansion to my career in executive and leadership development.
