Established in 1999, Ghost Rock has grown to become one of the island’s most exciting food and wine destinations. The passion for both can be seen first-hand in our highly awarded Cellar Door, and state-of-the-art Cooking School. Liquor License Number 51740

A bit about Ghost Rock Pinot Noir:

-40% of our total vine plantings are Pinot Noir
-We grow 11 different clones from around the world
-Our vines age from 3 to 20 years old
-Pinot Noir is the only varietal grown across all 7 of our vineyards
-Each parcel of Pinot Noir is picked and fermeted individually
-Pinot Noir is used in over 10 wines across our entire portfolio

Max has entered into Triple J’s ‘Unearthed High 2025’ competition, which sees both his instrumental and songwriting talents exposed to a wide audience. Unearthed High is triple j's hunt for Australia's best high school age artist - we’re all cheering for you Max!

WELCOME TO THE TEAM.. we’re delighted to introduce our new Head Chef, James!

Originally from the UK, James has over 20 years experience working in 5 star luxury hotels in London, along with a stint in Spain at a Michelin Star venue. His career has been heavily influenced by his travels.

Like many others that visit Tasmania, James came here on holiday in 2018 and never left!

He believes in not over complicating things, and using smart techniques to deliver loads of flavour. He’s particularly interested in the access we have here in Tasmania, to a range of produce including our native ingredients.

We’re excited to launch our new menu THIS Friday and share with you some of James’ incredible creations!
