nd the opportunities that you want to pursue or create. We’ll tap into the key strengths as well as discuss any important weaknesses for you or your business. I will respond to the needs you have now and, as they are likely to change, the needs you have in the future. One of the values in having a coach and mentor is the accountability that it encourages. As you become clearer about what you want to do and where you want the business to go, I will help you set SMART goals and strategic plans so that you can focus on achieving your vision. The Role of a One -2-One Coach and Mentor: As your mentor I will listen, discuss your ambitions and goals and provide the guidance you need to improve in all areas of life and professional development. I’ll ensure accountability, provide helpful feedback and reflection and operate as a professional sounding board, professional friend and source of knowledge and advice. I can also offer practical coaching if the need arises. Influencing Outcomes, Effective Communication, and Empathy & EQ are three that I regularly coach women in for example. I believe that my broad career and life experience enables me to provide pragmatic, useful and positive coaching and mentoring services. If there is something I can’t handle alone I have a wonderfully experienced network who we can reach out to. Our relationship will exist on mutual respect, collaboration and honesty. We will operate under Chattam House Rule and offer each other the strictest confidence.
