As you become clearer about what you want to do and where you want the business to go, I will help you set SMART goals and strategic plans so that you can focus on achieving your vision. The Role of a One -2-One Coach and Mentor: As your mentor I will listen, discuss your ambitions and goals and provide the guidance you need to improve in all areas of life and professional development. I’ll ensure accountability, provide helpful feedback and reflection and operate as a professional sounding board, professional friend and source of knowledge and advice. I can also offer practical coaching if the need arises. Influencing Outcomes, Effective Communication, and Empathy & EQ are three that I regularly coach women in for example. I believe that my broad career and life experience enables me to provide pragmatic, useful and positive coaching and mentoring services. If there is something I can’t handle alone I have a wonderfully experienced network who we can reach out to. Our relationship will exist on mutual respect, collaboration and honesty. We will operate under Chattam House Rule and offer each other the strictest confidence.

Sharing insights and suggestions for growing successful SA businesses, with people that I respect and admire, was a fabulous way to spend the day!
Congratulations to the Office for Small and Family Business and Andrea Michaels MP for another wonderful Women in Business event as part of Small Business Week.
No topic on finance, financials, or numbers was off the table which made for lots of interesting stories and so many takeaways!

Ten years ago I committed to doing whatever I could to support SMEs and women in business, and I launched Incredible U.
Since then I have mentored, coached, steered and cheered for so many of them I have lost count.
My role as a facilitator and coach with behind closed doors is one I hold especially dear as it keeps me connected to amazing women and important SA initiatives.
12 months ago Hon Andrea Michaels MP launched the four year Women in Business Program, of which BCD is a partner. Yesterday we celebrated the first 900 women and businesses to have benefited from the program and geared up for the second year.
In my interview with the office for SA Small and Family Business I described it as an investment in our future and one that I am proud to be a part of. The growth in revenue, profit, people employed, services, products, connections and confidence has been inspiring, motivating and exciting.
Here’s to all women in business and to the incredible contribution SMEs make in our state.
