EziQuote update v2.1.20 is now live on iOS and Android, Free to download.
Changes in v2.1.20:
• NEW: Send quotes and invoices by email or text with everything pre-filled — your client's contact details, a friendly message, the subject line, and the PDF attached. No more typing the same thing every time.
• NEW: Payment reminders now attach a copy of the overdue invoice PDF along with the pre-written chase message — one tap and it's on its way.
• NEW: Item Library on invoices — bill out your saved items directly, no quote needed. One library shared across quotes and invoices.
• NEW: Manage your Item Library from the Profile tab — add, edit, and organise your go-to products and services without creating a quote or invoice first.
• NEW: Starting a quote or invoice now asks "Existing customer or new client?" so you can grab saved customer details in one tap.
• NEW: One-tap payment reminders on overdue invoices, plus a "Send Reminder" action right on the overdue notification.
• NEW: Private job notes and job photos on quotes and invoices — gate codes, before/after shots, site pics. Only you see them; never on the client's PDF. They carry over when a quote becomes an invoice.
• IMPROVED: Cleaner quote and invoice creation — big "Add Item from Library" and "Add New Item" buttons up top, no confusing per-document tax and margin settings (your business defaults apply automatically, and each item is still fully adjustable).
• IMPROVED: Tapping an overdue or follow-up notification takes you straight to the right invoice or quote.
