Experience over the past 20 years has been gained working on a large variety of building projects through varies companies within the Building industry. The Design Process
The design process depends upon the type of project and will be tailored to suit your project:
Site Meeting to discuss proposed development and observe existing features such as building locations, views, solar orientation, site restraints etc. Design Sketch Plans prepared for you to look over and make any required changes or add ideas. Architectural Working Drawings for Development Application and Construction are then prepared along with applications forms, associated certificates for water, thermal comfort & energy requirements and building specifications. The Development Application is then ready to be submitted with local council or private certifying authority. Upon Development Consent and receipt of a Construction Certificate, the development is then able to proceed into construction.
