Hello Neighbours! We’re finally ready to show off our new HMWRK - Coworking Space! It’s been awhile since we’ve seen everyone so we thought we’d throw a few snags on the BBQ and invite anyone who is interested in seeing our spaces to come and introduce themselves! We’ll be turning sausages this Friday from 5pm to 9pm and Saturday from 11am to 3pm (and same again next week!) - Is Working From Home challenging ? Do you need to connect with people again ? Do you need a space or a break from the kitchen table ? We’d love to see you this weekend or next! Tim, Michelle & Lachlan 🙏

Juicy PLUMS too! This orchard fruit was also a feature of the historical orchards that covered the 313X area and surrounds. Our PLUM infused boardroom will be an awesome space to hold networking sessions, training, small group workshops, presentations and events. We can't wait to use it to build community (and maybe a card night with the Neighbourhood Watch Group). It has a big screen to present with and will soon have video conferencing facilities installed.

That's the intention ... ... we are planning on events, workshops and seminars for small groups in our VERSATILE OPEN space. With hot desks, a phone booth and a massive communal (COVID SAFE) boardroom table down the middle - the opportunity to collaborate is enormous!

We have another north facing and sun filled room on the second floor. It will suit a larger team or someone needing a STUDIO. We can't wait to show you around. And yes - PEACHES were grown in 313X too!
