Wine Wise Consulting, a small Australian family-owned winery focused on high quality winemaking, located in the world-famous Barossa Valley, are seeking an energetic, hardworking, experienced casual cellar hand with at least 1-year vintage experience to become part of the team here at Wine Wise Consulting.
Initially this is a causal position to start mid-February 2022 until June 2022 with the view of offering an ongoing full-time position to the right applicant.
The team at Wine Wise Consulting, who are all passionate about making premium quality wines, would love to have you join us so that we can continue to help you build on your thirst to learn about the winemaking process. The successful applicant will report to the Assistant Wine Maker. If you possess the following, we would love to hear from you. You will need demonstrated competency of at least 1year vintage experience, be self-motivated with a quality focus, a level of fitness for work in a physically demanding environment, hold a current valid driver’s licence, a current forklift licence is preferred, willing and able to work extended hours during vintage, possess a safe work ethic with attention to detail as well as maintaining a professional approach to all aspects of daily Cellar duties, have Australian citizenship or a valid residency or work visa.
