Hopping into the Easter break with a little friendly competition! 🐰💥

NSW has extended the transition period for the National Construction Code (NCC 2025), with adoption now set for 1 May 2027.

This gives industry more time to prepare, helping minimise compliance risk and avoid disruption as new projects get underway.

We’ll provide regular updates as we approach this date to support a smooth transition.

I just wanted to say a big happy birthday and take a moment to acknowledge how much you bring to City Buildings Approvals. The generosity, time, and effort you put into everything you do is truly phenomenal.

You’re truly a person with huge goals, and the amount you’ve achieved over the last 8 years is something you should be incredibly proud of. Your dedication and work ethic never go unnoticed.

You’re always the one organising events in the office, making sure everyone is included and that there’s always something bringing the team together.

You’re a hard worker, caring, and yes a little crazy at times but the office genuinely wouldn’t be the same without someone like you.

Your rose coloured glasses and the way you choose to see the world bring a great energy to the workplace, and it’s something we all appreciate more than you probably realise.
