Michelle Mascaro is a Career Development Practitioner and the Owner/Director of CAREER WAY CONSULTING. Michelle has been working in the careers field for 20 years. She currently works part time in an Independent Grammar School and is a visiting careers consultant to Year 9 students in local government schools. She has previously also worked for community and employment agencies “careering” a vast
clientele including adults and school students requiring career direction, adults and youth with diagnosed mental illnesses and/or a disability to re-engage into the workforce, as well as pro bono work with homeless people in re establishing themselves , their careers and employment opportunities offering counseling and support. Michelle’s knowledge, experience and passion in helping people find career direction, combined with her caring approach has led to many referrals from work colleagues, friends, and friends of friends requesting careers consultations with her.
