Do you want to know the reasons why I quit my job to become a VA?

Well I was sick of the 9-5 life, climbing the corporate ladder and kissing ass, feeling totally out of place and not being my true self.

Now I have the ability and freedom to work from anywhere I like, choosing the hours I want to work, wear whatever I want, and have more time with my family and friends!

To top that all off, I get to partner with clients who I feel I can make a difference in their business, and those who inspire me with the work they perform.

It is absolutely amazing to know that my clients choose to work with ME and invest in ME. Reaping the benefits that come along with working with me! ♡

I still cannot comprehend that this is my job!! I'm never 'kissing ass' again, never asking permission to take time off with my family, or feeling like I'm competing against someone who is meant to be in the same team as me.

But how can we work together if I'm not physically in your office?

This is one of the biggest concerns for businesses when looking to engage a virtual assistant, although this is easily navigated with the use of some amazing systems and effective communication.

♡ COMMUNICATION IS KEY - The possibilities are endless. There are unlimited possibilities with Zoom! We can engage in virtual face-to-face meetings to deliberate on strategies, goals, and everything in between!

♡ FILE SHARING - Utilising platforms such as Google Drive for creating, sharing or storing files or documents centralises all your information in a convenient, easily accessible location.

♡ PASSWORDS - In order to share access to various accounts, it is important to use a secure program such as LastPass. This allows you to visibly share your passwords with your VA.

♡ PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS - Platforms such as Trello or ClickUp, being user-friendly platforms, enables us to consolidate all our communication and to-do items in a single location. It's an excellent tool to delegate tasks to your VA and monitor their progress.
