I’m happy to share that I’ve recently completed my training in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia), and I’m now opening a limited number of spots for individuals interested in taking part in an initial guided process as I build my experience in this field.

🔹 Offered at a reduced rate as part of this early stage

🔹 Includes approximately 3–4 sessions
