The hospitality community is coming together to support one of our own.
Many of you know Niki as a chef, colleague, mentor and friend. For years she has poured her heart into caring for others through food, hospitality and generosity. At Little Tree, she wasn’t simply the Head Chef—she helped create a place where people felt welcome, connected and looked after. The kind of place that felt like home.
Now she is delivering exceptional food for all of our weddings and functions at OVE.
Today, Niki and her family are facing a challenge no family should have to face alone.
Following Jason’s diagnosis with terminal brain cancer, their world has been turned upside down. Alongside navigating treatment, uncertainty and the precious time they have together, they are carrying the emotional and financial burden that comes with such a devastating diagnosis.
Jason is a much-loved husband, father and friend. Their daughter Zaisha has grown up surrounded by the hospitality community and has become part of it herself, while young Jasper is just beginning to find his place in the world. Together, they are a family who have always been surrounded by community, friendship and generosity.
Now it’s our turn to give some of that back.
Join us for an evening of incredible food, wine and connection as chefs, venues, producers, friends and guests come together to support Niki, Jason, Zaisha and Jasper. Every ticket sold, every donation made and every seat filled will help ease the burden on their family and remind them they are not facing this journey alone.
For all the tables Niki has helped create over the years, this is our chance to pull up a chair for hers.
