The purpose of this organisation is to provide tools to people engaged in the important working of caring for those who without the care of others would not be able to attend to their activities of daily living. Our main focus is to support, equip and empower professional carers, but we also tailor some of our services to non-professional carers. . We recognise that these roles, while looked upon

as noble profession can often lead to issues such as burnout, apathy and disillusionment. Fortunately in Australia we have many services dedicated to assisting carers when they are feeling out of depth or overwhelmed by their work. Services such as the employer assistance program are available to help carers when the going is getting tough. Our organisation seeks to complement such service by focusing on the side where the carer is not necessarily feeling a negative impact from having to provide care, but by focusing on increasing the rewards and horizons found in care and preserving said rewards. Our aim is to care for the carer while the carer is still well.
