🚧🔥 Flomeo 2.0 Update – The Digger Keeps Digging! 🔥🚧

Well, the rain tried its best to slow us down, but thankfully the trail crew aren’t made of sugar. 😜
With a few soggy days now behind us, the team have fired the machines back up and started working their way further down Flomeo beyond the Midpoint Gravity Hub. 🤘

Now, this is where you riders get to make a few life choices…

⚫ Feeling spicy? Black trail riders can enjoy the freshly rebuilt section of Flomeo right down to Midpoint Gravity Hub before choosing their own adventure via Rowdy or Pendulum. It’s a bit like a lucky dip, except every prize is more berms, more jumps, and more fun. Or more rocks, more jank and more gnar

🔵 More of a smooth operator? Fear not, Blue Crew. Follow the official diversion down Log Slide.
Now before you roll your eyes and think, “Aw, the diversion trail...” let us stop you right there. Log Slide is actually one of the trail crew’s favourite runs. The underdog has been quietly punching above its weight for years, and now’s the perfect excuse to give it some love. ❤️
Cruise through Muster, roll along Green Sheep, and before you know it you’ll be back on Flomeo wondering what all the fuss was about.
Or mix things up altogether: ✅ Stampede ✅ Darkside ✅ Crikey
All are riding a treat right now.

🔥 Smoke on the Horizon? Don’t Panic.
You’ll likely spot Forest Fire Management Victoria around town this weekend carrying out planned burns in the Oriental Claims area as part of important fuel reduction works before summer.
A few nearby trails have been temporarily closed while the burns take place. So if you see smoke, that’s expected. If you see a dragon, let us know because that’s a whole different problem. 🐉😂

🙏 As always, thanks for respecting trail closures and diversions. Every rider doing the right thing helps us get the trails reopened quicker, keeps everyone safe, and stops the trail crew from developing eye twitches.
We’ll keep chipping away down the hill, and before long Flomeo 2.0 will be ready to unleash.
Until then, get out there, ride some trails you normally skip, and remember...

🚧🔥 Flomeo 2.0 Update – Stage 2 Done & Dusted🔥🚧

The crew have wrapped up Stage 2 and will now be rolling straight into Stage 3 of the Flomeo 2.0 rebuild. 🤘

Stage 3!

With the digger continuing its march down the hill, we're one step closer to delivering a fully refreshed Flomeo packed with smoother flow, improved drainage, fresh lines and plenty of new trail goodness. 🌊🚲

⚠️ Important Trail Update
During Stage 3 works, Flomeo will be temporarily reclassified as a BLACK trail.
Why? Because Flomeo will only provide access to Pendulum and Rowdy while works are underway. Riders choosing to continue down Flomeo beyond this point will need to be comfortable riding black-rated terrain and navigating the temporary trail network changes.

🔀 Blue Rider Diversion
Blue riders will need to follow the signed diversion via Log Slide down to Muster.
From Muster you can either:

✅ Take Crikey back into town
OR
✅ Follow Green Sheep to rejoin Flomeo at the Lowpoint Gravity Hub

👷 Please Respect Trail Closures
For the safety of riders and our trail crew, all closed sections of trail remain strictly off-limits while machinery is operating.

🚫 Riding through closed sections not only puts people at risk but can delay works and reopening timelines.
Thanks for your patience while we give one of Australia's favourite flow trails the full Flomeo 2.0 treatment. The finish line is getting closer and we reckon you're going to love what's coming. 🔥🤘

Stage 2 is officially in the bag and Flomeo is back open for the weekend! 🤘

The crew have been flat out reshaping lines, freshening up features and dialling in that signature Flomeo flow 🌊🚲

⚠️ Just a heads up, the trail is still a little soft in places following recent works, so please ride to the conditions and give it some love while it settles in 🙏

👀 We reckon you’ll want to throw in a sighting lap or two before letting the brakes off. There are some fresh lines and new trail features waiting to be discovered 🤙

🌄 With views like this, Mt Sam and the locals of Omeo are asking...
where the are ya?

Winter has been kind to us this year, serving up crisp mornings, barely-below-zero overnights, and sunny days hovering in the mid-teens. The trails are running mint, the dust is nowhere to be seen, and conditions couldn’t be better for a day in the saddle.

🚵‍♂️ Spend your day lapping shuttle runs, soaking up the sunshine, and then kick back with a cold one as the sun drops behind Mt Mesley at one of Omeo’s iconic watering holes.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to plan a riding trip to Omeo, this is it. 🤘

🚑🚵‍♂️ Field Exercise – Saturday 15 August 2026 🚵‍♀️🚑
Just a quick notice that a multi-agency mock field exercise will be taking place this weekend. 🛟👨‍🚒👮‍♂️🚑

⏰ From approximately 3:00 pm onwards, access to Miss Adventure will be temporarily closed while the exercise is conducted.
The purpose of this scenario is to further strengthen and refine our response and recovery procedures for riders who require assistance on the trail network. 🚵‍♂️🩹

The exercise will also provide participating agencies with valuable experience managing an incident in low-light and cold-weather conditions 🌙❄️, reflecting the challenges that may be encountered in real-world situations.

✅ The exercise is expected to conclude by approximately 8:00 pm.

🙏 We appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and consideration while this important training activity is underway.
