🌳Origin Story: Tennille obtained her speech therapy qualifications 12yrs ago and met partner Karen working in the hospital system and then again in the education system. They identified that continuing education post school and learning leading to employment was an area they could improve. A change in work circumstances and a need for flexibility at home provided a great opportunity to start the business which they did just 4 weeks ago!

🎁Product Story: What sets them apart is they are both tertiary qualified, so not only are the courses written by experienced professionals but they are delivered by them as well. Their short courses around numeracy, literacy, safety skills, motivation, time management and goal setting are also fully customisable. Each program starts with an assessment and if the area of improvement isn't presently covered they'll happily create a customised program from scratch.

🦹‍♂️Customer Story: Their name is linked to their speech pathology roots but also what they want their services to be. A great example is a current client who was looking to improve their numeracy skills but due to the nature of the program also improved their literacy skills which lead to resume writing and the confidence to start applying for work opportunities.

🤳PR Feature - Jake from Bristow Electrical🤳

🎯They are Level 2 Accredited Service Providers (ASP's) who help customers connect their properties to the grid.

🌳Origin Story: Jake was great at maths but not keen on school so electrical seemed a good fit when he started his apprenticeship at 16 with a family friend 14yrs ago. 4yrs ago when his first baby was born he was working down the coast on a big project, doing lots of hours and hating being away so decide to start his own thing closer to home. He now has a great team and commits to supporting apprentices.

🎁Product Story: The L2 stuff is the majority of their work at the moment, supporting other electrical companies to get that work done properly and reliably. They are aware of the usual shortcuts and tricks other companies take and refuse to use them. This ties into what Jake originally wanted to name the business, "Noble", because that is their mantra and still is 4yrs on.

🦹‍♂️Customer Story: Further to that I heard a story of an overhead powerline catching on fire Christmas Eve. The guy had a house full of guests and called a number of companies but it was only Jake who answered. Although he also had a house full of guests, he got the team together and they all headed out to save this family's Christmas….and did!

📈Future Story: Duplexes and subdivisions are proving popular so expansion into those areas and also solar accreditation are in the future plans.
