Our Guards that perform any CIT Duties, all have their Class 1C Licence

We look at Risk Management for each job, Implementing Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and CIT specific risk-management procedures to eliminate or minimise the risk of theft, robbery, or harm to the public, as no two jobs are the same

Class 1C (Cash-in-Transit Guard): This mandatory subclass is required to legally conduct CIT activities

The Training we do, must be completed with an approved NSW Security Licence Course incorporating mandatory CIT-specific units of competency before applying for the 1C subclass.

CIT is Protecting and escorting money and valuable goods to and from retail businesses and banks

Do you want to carry on cash-in-transit activities? Whether you’re going to be armed or not, you must complete the required training and apply for a Class 1C (Cash-in-Transit Officer) licence. If you’re going to be armed, you’ll also need a Class 1F (Armed Guard) licence. While it’s not illegal to be paid cash-in-hand, the employer is required to comply with all other workplace legislation. What does our Assessment team need for a successful investigation? Here’s a list so you know what to ideally include in your next non-compliance report:

✅ The location, time and date of the alleged non-compliance
✅ The names of any businesses/licensees involved
✅ The full details of the alleged non-compliance
✅ Any images, recordings or links related to the alleged non-compliance
✅ Your contact details in case we require further details for our investigation

- Car Licence & Reliable Vehicle to get to and from jobs
