10 Vintages of Matthew Atallah Wines being celebrated this weekend at Summer St Wine Room with the Block Club Members quick enough to purchase tickets! Will have to do another one later this year it sold out so quick! Going to be opening some back vintage wines and making available some special magnums and double magnums to wine club members.

Rolled lamb loin, backstrap and fillet inside the b***d out ribs made up by the amazing team at Woodwards Your Butcher On Moulder from a FB video I showed them. It was rubbed with a mix of my Toum, rosemary, salt and pepper and then rolled. Cut 4 pieces like this off and I have 3 × 1.5kg roasting pieces cryovacced and in the freezer. Got to love your local butcher! I'll do the bigger pieces on the charcoal spit. Bon appetit and go the Blues!
