🎾A: Play pickleball against financial planners of course!

Our pmwPlus Social Club recently organised an afternoon of fiercely competitive pickleball at the City Bowling Club.

There were plenty of big serves and close scores, but 'The Barefoot Investors' team won the day.

From 1 July 2026, the way employers pay Superannuation is changing.

Under the new Payday Super rules, employers will be required to pay Superannuation Guarantee (SG) contributions at the same time as wages, rather than quarterly - and Super contributions will need to reach employees’ super funds within 7 business days of each payday.

At pmwPlus, we work closely with businesses and families right across our region—and right now, one thing is clear… the closure of the Great Western Highway is having a real impact on our communities.

From delayed freight and rising costs to disrupted travel and reduced access, many of our clients and local businesses are feeling the pressure.

There’s currently an ePetition calling for the reopening of the Great Western Highway at Victoria Pass, along with longer-term improvements to ensure the road supports our growing region. It’s about supporting our communities, our businesses, and keeping regional NSW connected.

Every voice helps highlight the importance of this issue for our region.

Some of the Admin team went to Brisbane this week to attend the 2026 BGL Masterclass.
Such a great opportunity to step away from the office, deepen their knowledge of the BGL systems, and connect with the people behind the technology we use every day.
Always nice to learn alongside such a supportive group and bring that knowledge back to the team.

🥳 We’re still buzzing after the 10th Ronald McDonald House Charities Central West NSW Gala Ball on the weekend… that raised more than $300,000 for our local home away from home for families of sick children.

Thank you to every person who bought a raffle ticket, donated a prize, volunteered to help at the event or made a bid on an auction item.
