Over the next few weeks, Paul Diviny FIEP and Mark McCoy are travelling across Los Angeles, Edmonton, Toronto and Auckland to strengthen partnerships and connect with sector leaders.

While in LA, Paul joined Goodwill Southern California at a citywide forum with WorkSource, Inc. and Youthsource Centers, alongside teams from the City of Los Angeles.

The discussion focused on employer engagement strategies across priority industries with strong job demand, including sectors such as:

✅ Sports and entertainment
✅ Health care
Advanced manufacturing

What stood out was the level of coordination. The City of LA is investing in approaches that actively connect underserved communities to these opportunities, bringing government, providers and employers into a shared, place-based response.

The session was delivered in a world café format, creating practical, cross-sector conversations and shared learning.

Goodwill Southern California's mission is to transform lives through the power of work. They provide education, training, work experience and job placement services. It was great to also connect with their team including Jorge Marquez, Tracy Eckard, Robin Kibota, James Marsh, Tim Van Metter and others.

This is just one stop on a broader international program of work, as Prospert continues to support employment systems and providers across multiple countries.

Prospert supports employment service providers to deliver meaningful outcomes and we’re looking for a Learning Coordinator to help deliver a smooth, high-quality learning experience for our clients and their employees.

In this role, you’ll:
✅ Support administration of our Learning Management System (LMS) (enrolments, completions, course content, reporting)
✅ Coordinate virtual + in-person training schedules, calendars, and logistics
✅ Support facilitators and learners with clear communications and tech assistance
✅ Track learning data, compliance KPIs and maintain audit-ready records
✅ Help improve workflows and enhance the learner experience

You’ll bring:
✅Strong organisation and attention to detail
✅Experience with an LMS or similar scheduling/database platform
✅Excellent digital communication skills
✅Great Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
✅Ability to work independently in a remote environment

From the potential next phase of Transition to Work tenders, to seeing Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) providers move beyond commencements and build strong pipelines of sustainable employment opportunities for their clients, 2026 is shaping up to be a year of momentum and delivery.

It’s been a big year at Prospert and our Founder & Director Paul Diviny reflects on some of the standout moments from 2025.

From supporting clients of all sizes to achieve strong outcomes in the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) tender and helping employment service providers prepare confidently for day one, to expanding our work internationally, 2025 has been a year of meaningful progress.

We’re proud to have secured new opportunities in New Zealand, working with the Ministry of Social Development and to be delivering major projects in Canada with private sector partners. These milestones reflect both the trust placed in Prospert and the strength of our team’s expertise.

Above all, this year has reinforced the depth of our knowledge in employment services contracts and the continued development of our people which is a foundation we’ll carry forward into the year ahead.
