I've been thinking for awhile now about running a group mastermind for professional organisers to help them with the business side of things.
I know a lot of professional organisers LOVE the actual organising and working with clients - this is why they are doing it - but can struggle with the behind the scenes stuff, especially sales and marketing and techy stuff.
I've outlined a pilot 3 month program for a small group of 4 or 5 PO's that have been in business for at least 12 months and are committed to streamlining or growing their business.
We'll meet once a week over zoom. The sessions will be a mix of teaching and workshopping, and there will be plenty of opportunity to work through YOUR specific business struggles, and actually take practical steps to make progress.
Given the small group, we can customise the sessions to exactly what the group needs.

We'll start off with digging deep into where you're at with your business and get clear on your vision and strategy for the next 12 months.

* MONTH 2: SALES & MARKETING
This month we'll define your lead management process and we'll discuss the stages of the buyer's cycle. We'll workshop lots of different marketing options to find something that works for you.
I'll also be talking about your website must-haves, and I'll take you through a social media marketing process that you can start implementing straight-away.
* MONTH 3: DELIVERY & OPERATIONS
In the final month we'll talk about your delivery process and all the operational tasks like your initial consults, Ts and Cs, invoicing, booking systems, sub-contracting and more.
