WRIQ members provide an essential community service for all Queenslanders in the responsible handling, safe removal, treatment and disposal of all wastes (liquid, solid, regulated and hazardous). WRIQ members recover and recycle important secondary resources, and locally manuf

actureproducts from these resources. The industry has more than $2 billion dollars of assets invested and under management in Queensland, and contributes more than $1 billion to the state economy annually. WRIQ promotes thought leadership to all its stakeholders, advocating industry issues with purpose and focus for achieving sound economic outcomes, underpinned by innovative environmental practices.
