In January, I had the pleasure of making 2000 '100 years' for St Margaret's! Was I in over my head, absolutely, did I get it done and nail it, absolutely, would I be crazy enough to do it again, ABSOLUTELY! I literally had bruises all over my palms from rolling that much dough, and the muscles 💪 that were hurting were out of this world, but job got done ✔️
