The olives are beginning to ripen and the geraniums are very happy after a good rain at Panton Hill Winery.

It will be nice and dry in time for a bit of wine tasting and maybe some lunch with us this Saturday.

Open for tasting this Saturday of the Australian Day weekend.

Just the day for a chilled Arctic White or maybe you’d like to try some aged fortifieds( 12-25 years old) straight from the freezer?

Guests are welcome to bring food this weekend. Enjoy a picnic in our cool stone buildings or in the shade and breeze of the verandah outside, tucked behind our fountain and green,cool native garden.

Panton Hill Winery will be open on Saturday the 24th of Janurary, the Australia Day Weekend, for tasting and BYO food.

We will look after you for the day with tables inside and outside at no charge. We will have wine , beer and soft drinks for purchase, and provide water and glassware.

Our wine sales will cover our costs of looking after you and providing for our income!

On Saturday, Janurary 31st, we return to full kitchen service as well as wine tasting.

Panton Hill Winery will be closed over Christmas and New Year.

We will open on some Saturdays after new Year for Picnic Saturdays. Visitors will be able to bring their food( and take home their rubbish). We will provide wine tasting, all drinks( particularly wine) , including tap water and use of our facilities.

Opening days will be determined by having enough bookings to make it economically viable for us. It is best to text with a date you would like to come, either bringing a picnic or just to taste.

The kitchen returns to full operation at the beginning of February.

If you need to pick up wine at other times,that can be done by texting and arranging something that suits us both. 0408 101 523.

Don’t forget to come in and collect one of your favourite Panton Hill wines for Christmas and the holidays.

Panton Hill Winery will be doing wine tastings and serving food over the next two weeks, then closing for Christmas.

We will reopen in Janurary by arrangement, for Wine and BYO picnics while kitchen staff are still away on holiday.

Panton Hill Winery will be closed this weekend ( Sat Nov. 22nd) for some property Maintenance. We will be open on Sat the 29th of November… and each Saturday throughout December up until and including Sat. the 20th of December, then closed for a Christmas break.

What a beautiful day it was today at Panton Hill Winery. Lots of us enjoying fresh air, great temperatures and a perfect glass of wine!

Thanks to our job applicants, the position at the winery kitchen is now filled, but will hang onto your details.

Panton Hill Winery is looking for an additional local person for kitchen and some front of house work for most Saturday afternoons.

This is long term and replacing a student who has been with us for several years, but now having to finish because of increased study commitments.

If you’re free next weekend, come on Saturday or Sunday to explore our beautiful area and visit a number of our local wineries… all 9 of us are participating in the Nillumbik Open Cellars Event for both days.
It will be a fun weekend of wine tasting and eating your way around a diverse group Boutique wineries!

We will be open both days.

Our first grape buds are appearing at Panton Hill Winery. The mild sunny day we’re expecting tomorrow will confirm that we are well and truly into spring. A Perfect time to relax with a glass of wine and maybe something nice to eat in the sunshine.
