We have some glorious news to share!

Paracombe 2025 Sauvignon Blanc has been selected for Adelaide Venue Management’s 2026/2027 beverage menu and is now available across the iconic Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Entertainment Centre, and Coopers Stadium.

Guests can enjoy our Sauvignon Blanc at corporate functions and events across all venues, or by the glass in concession outlets at Adelaide Entertainment Centre and Coopers Stadium. Each year, AVM venues host more than 1,000 events and welcome over 1 million guests, providing valuable exposure for the Paracombe brand.

As a small South Australian family business, this is a huge honour for us all here at Paracombe and a great testament to our passion for sustainability in every aspect of the growing and w**emaking process, producing w**es that embody the unique terroir of our ancient 1.7-billion-year-old plateau at Paracombe in the Adelaide Hills.

Our 2025 vintage of Sauv Blanc is just gorgeous. The bouquet is enticing with lifted passionfruit and tropical aromas and fresh, pure flavour. Delightful stone fruit combines with citrus, feijoa and mineral notes for a refreshing, lingering finish, making it a delicious with food. Perfect for days in the sunshine in Spring and Summer approaching.

To accompany your tasting, we’ll serve a beautiful selection of local cheeses and produce, cured meats, house-made dips, marinated vegetables, focaccia and lavosh, for you to graze on throughout the experience. Our Spring Cellar Door Weekend is centred around the w**es, with the grazing selection designed to complement your tasting.
