Another one done ✅

Thanks to Standen Building for the opportunity to complete the earthworks package on this massive house pad. 👌

Scope of works included:
- Stripping and removal of surplus topsoil
- Proof rolling and subgrade preparation
- Importing approximately 1,000 tonnes of select material
- Grading, moisture conditioning and compaction of the house pad
- Construction of an additional 14m crusher dust tank pad
- Topsoil batters to be shaped and finished on completion
Another quality pad taking shape and ready for the next stage of construction. 💪
