As the world goes around, growing a team and building experience becomes a hard task.

Investing into the next generation is something that we take seriously supporting communities and engaging with the youth.

So we would like you to meet Natalie,

Natalie is our youngest recruit.

Natalie is 14 years old and works part time after school and on school holidays.

Whilst she has been working behind the scenes, learning the way around hydraulic hose and fittings for the past few years, this week she has been able to take her experience to the next step.

Completing the training required to obtain a certification on fabricate and install fluid power assemblies.

⚡️ The Monday after the QME that was...

🌟As great as it was to be back in the workshop today, we sure do miss all the smiling faces and great people that stopped at our site at QME last week and took themselves home some NMC merch.
