We’re thrilled to see our collaboration with BuildIt Materials in action! Check out their latest post featuring a pallet of sustainable pavers, made with material recovered through Panelcycle’s innovative recycling process. Using 100% recycled materials—including PE and FR core from cladding and eyeglass lenses and frames from Opticycle—they’re turning waste into something built to last. Great work, BuildIt!"

Yesterday, Panelcycle had the pleasure of welcoming representatives from Freyssinet Australia for an exclusive tour of our recycling facility. This visit was an opportunity to showcase our operations and discuss the incredible impact of recycling cladding waste.

Freyssinet has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to sustainability, having already recycled 135 tonnes of cladding waste through Panelcycle. This effort has led to the recovery of 46 tonnes of aluminium and 89 tonnes of core materials, which would have otherwise been destined for landfill.

A big thank you to the Freyssinet team for visiting our facility and for their dedication to making a difference!

Plastic Forests Pty Ltd has achieved a remarkable milestone by turning over 283 tonnes of polyethylene, meticulously separated from cladding waste, into innovative new products. This accomplishment showcases the potential of recycling and repurposing materials that would otherwise contribute to environmental degradation. Together with Panelcycle, Plastic Forests is leading the way toward a circular economy, reducing landfill waste, and setting a strong example for others to follow. Support the movement by choosing products made from recycled materials and help us drive positive change.

Exciting progress in the ACT Government's Cladding Rectification Program!
The first load of combustible cladding is being processed from a project under the Private Buildings Cladding Scheme. Duratec & Johansen Constructions are leading the way, ensuring that over 650m2 of cladding waste gets recycled from this building in Turner, ACT. ♻️🔨

PanelCycle is recycling over 12,000m² of combustible cladding from Angel Place in Sydney CBD!

Our innovative process will recover approximately 20T of aluminium and 47T of polyethylene, ensuring that none of this waste ends up in landfill. Instead, these materials will be transformed into new products right here in Australia, contributing to future developments and promoting sustainability. 🌿🔄

This incredible initiative is a win-win for everyone involved, especially for our fantastic partners, asset owner Mirvac O&I and head contractor Buildcorp Group , who are leading the way towards a greener future! 🌏✨
