Meet Matthew Lees, recently joining the team driving Constant's continual success. Before Constant, Matthew's career took him from the Royal Air Force Police, where he led operational teams and worked across international military environments, through Control Room Management in a secure detention setting, and into managing large-scale security contracts across NSW and QLD.

That breadth of experience now shapes how he supports our staff and customers clients day to day: strong on contract compliance, operational performance, and building relationships that last.

It was a privilege to support the Myer Precious Metal Ball, raising vital funds for kids in foster care.

This year's event backed the Myer Community Fund's partnership with The Pyjama Foundation's Love of Learning program, helping children and young people in foster care build the learning skills, life skills and confidence they need to thrive. That's a cause close to our hearts, and one that reflects what we care about as a business.

Our management and customer success team scrubbed up for the night, joined by Gary Stones and his team for a great night in support of a great cause.

A big congratulations to Property Industry Foundation for the 2026 Brisbane Regatta, marking the 30th annual year of building hope for youth homelessness.

With 350+ industry professionals coming together, PIF were able to raise close to $170,000 in vital funds for the Haven Project. These much needed funds will support the Haven Project to offer at risk and homeless youth across Australia with fundamentals all youth should be entitled to: safe and stable housing.

Constant are proud to partner with an incredible organisation such as PIF and we look forward to continuing our relationship in 2027.

Lights, cameras, red carpets... and plenty happening behind the scenes.

Earlier this week, the Constant team were proud to support the opening night of the Sydney Film Festival at the iconic State Theatre in Sydney. Both the Sydney Film Festival and the State Theatre are long-standing clients of Constant, making it a privilege to help deliver such a significant event alongside two valued partners.

The evening featured the premiere of Silenced, a powerful and highly anticipated documentary directed by and featuring Australian women. The film brought together industry leaders, public figures, media representatives and the broader Sydney community for an important and thought-provoking moment in Australian cinema.

While much of the attention was on the red carpet and the screen, our team was focused on everything happening behind the scenes. From managing guest arrivals and VIP movements through to supporting event operations throughout the evening, our officers worked closely with festival organisers and venue stakeholders to help create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

We are proud to continue supporting both the Sydney Film Festival and the State Theatre, contributing to events that celebrate the very best of Australia's arts and cultural landscape.

The Devil Wears Prada 2 premiere was a standout night, and the Constant team were proud to be on site delivering a safe, seamless experience for guests, talent, crew and event staff.

This week, our team was fortunate to attend the Mannix College Futures Dinner, an event that celebrates the life-changing impact of the Mannix College Foundation and the role that scholarships, generosity and community play in opening doors for students.

We are proud to work closely with Mannix College in supporting a safe, welcoming and connected residential environment through the provision of quality Resident Support Officers, trained to support the wellbeing and safety of student residents.
