The Victorian state government require all pool owners to improve pool and spa barrier safety & be compliant by the 30th of June 2020. We know it's a difficult time so when an inspection is necessary a no-contact policy is in place. Book in now so we can insect your pool fence.
The primary objective of the new regulation is to reduce incidences of young children drowning in private swimming pools and spas through improving compliance with safety barrier (pool fence) requirements.

**CONFIRMING WE ARE OPEN & COVID-19 POLICY **
Bursa Glass Pool Fencing would like to provide our clients with an update of business continuation during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We have developed a Pandemic Policy as per The Victorian Building Authority (VBA) guidelines and will remain open for quoting, installation, servicing, repairs and maintenance. Our operating hours and after-hours call out business remain unaffected.

We have taken additional measures to ensure hygiene to minimise and prevent the spread of the COVID-19, these include:
- Please email detailed request for quotes via our website or phone us.
- All quotes are conducted outdoors in open-air.
- We can measure and quote on jobs without a person being present.
- If you require contact, we will ensure a distance of 1.5 metres is kept between ourself and others.
- We are practising good hygiene and will ensure surfaces are disinfected.

Our actions are focused on the safety of our community, clients and the wellbeing of our people whilst ensuring we meet your requirements.

Please note that it is compulsory that your pool fence meets the pool fencing laws- these guidelines are on our website.
