Excited to finally share something we’ve been building behind the scenes at RETSA Group.

We’ve officially opened early testing for PledgeBoard, a modern fundraising platform designed for clubs, schools, organisations, teams, and individuals.

The goal is to make fundraising simpler, cleaner, and easier to manage online.

We’re now looking for a small group of early testers who would be willing to:
- Create a fundraiser
- Test the platform
- Provide honest feedback
- Help shape future improvements

We've been quietly building something at RETSA Group.

OPSCEN is a real-time operations centre we built in Claude that tracks the Iran conflict and its downstream impacts on Australia - oil prices, ASX 200, RBA decisions, fuel supply, and scenario forecasting. It's updated daily and published as an open source dashboard.

This week we added a new module: an interactive Australian Fuel Depletion Forecast.

Using official government data from the DCCEEW and Minister Bowen's parliamentary disclosures, it projects when petrol, diesel, and jet fuel reserves hit critical thresholds under four scenarios - from government optimistic through to worst case.

You can adjust demand, import flow rates, and toggle government interventions like the MSO reserve release and sulphur waiver to model your own scenarios in real time.

Key finding: diesel is the vulnerability. It dropped 4 days of cover in just 7 calendar days. It powers freight, farming, mining, and emergency backup. When diesel runs out, the economy stops.

The tool is open source and free to use.

You know when someone at work says "we need a training course for that" and you just know a course isn't going to fix the problem?

Yeah. That happens A LOT.

So we built a little AI helper called IDA. You give her all the messy background info - meeting notes, documents, brain dumps, whatever - and she figures out whether training is actually the answer. If it is, she picks the right approach and gives you a plan. If it's not, she tells you that too.

No more jumping straight to building slides that nobody pays attention to.

She's basically the colleague who asks the awkward questions before everyone wastes three months building the wrong thing.

Just went live today. Pretty proud of this one 😊

My AI agent RepoMedic is so clever that I've run out of work to give it!

3 days to setup, configure and test, by day 4 it was up and running and by day 5 it has triaged and repaired all patches and vulnerabilities for my apps.

I have super intelligence in the lunch room taking an extended coffee break because I now have to find more work for it to do. 😂

So until that happens, I created a RepoMedic skill for others to use, currently on ClawHub and has just ticked over 380 downloads! 🙏🦞🩺

Here’s what I’ve been building behind the scenes:
