Affordable housing shortage……

How bad are things in Brisbane if Council needs to create parks for the homeless people to camp in?

If Council were more supportive of affordable housing maybe some of the people camping could afford a room and their own personal space.

Budget tax changes “Proposed”

What will it mean for prices and rents? Possibly not a big change……….

Ultimately, prices and rents are driven by supply and demand, it’s 101, right?

The big issue here is not enough supply to meet the demand, the government needs to unlock more supply in an affordable way.

Australia wide we are 1,000’s of houses short each year of what’s required this policy won’t change this.
