It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3 ☑️
If you’ve been curious about the process of getting started with a VA, this is usually how it looks. I’ve kept my onboarding process really simple for a reason, if you’re at the stage of needing a VA, the last thing you need is more items on your to-do list and a 10 step onboarding process 😩 none of that here!
To work with me, it’s as simple as:
1. A quick discussion to gauge where you’re at, what you need help with and how I can fit into your business. It’s a perfect opportunity to ask questions about my rates, experience & skillset too! I usually follow up with sending my Schedule of Rates and Information Pack for you to review & gather your thoughts. 📞 💬
2. Following our chat, I’ll send through a simple proposal of services which will include pricing, deliverables and goals to work towards. If you’re happy to proceed, I’ll send the initial invoice and a contract to get started. PS… there is no minimum term for the contract, so you can try it out for a month & decide if you want to continue after that! 👌🏼
3. Once the contract is squared away, we can share access to whatever files, folders & accounts I need to work on for you. This can be done through whatever means you prefer, whether it’s Onedrive, Google Drive or simply email. Then we’re good to go! I usually touch base with clients once per week to update tasks, priorities & progress. ✅
