✨ BUILDING MY FUTURE, ONE SMALL STEP AT A TIME ✨

Running two busy beauty salons already keeps me on my toes. Between clients, staff, family, appointments and everything else life brings, finding extra time isn’t always easy. ❤️

That’s why I’ve learned that building my digital business doesn’t have to mean sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day.

I build it in the little pockets of time I have. 📱✨

Sometimes I have a productive day and get so much done.
Other days, I only have 10–15 minutes to learn, post, connect or take one small step.

And that’s okay. 🤍

Because progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.

I’m not building something that takes me away from my life.
I’m building something that fits around my life — while I continue running my salons, being there for my family, and creating another income stream for my future. 🌱

If you’re a busy mum, business owner or someone who keeps saying, “I just don’t have enough time,” remember:

You don’t need hours. You just need to start with the time you have. 💫

One small step today can become something much bigger tomorrow. ❤️

Sometimes I ask myself…

“If I keep doing the same things I’m doing today, where will I be 5, 10 or 15 years from now?” ❤️

As a mum, a business owner and someone running two busy beauty salons, I know how valuable time really is.

I love what I do in my salons, but I also wanted to build something beyond my traditional business — another income stream that gives me the opportunity to learn, grow and create more flexibility for my future. 💻✨

That’s why I started building my digital marketing/online business alongside my salons.

I’m not replacing what I already have.
I’m building another option for my future. 🌱

Because the small decisions we make today can create a completely different tomorrow. 🙏

So ask yourself:

💭 A different way of looking at your time…

We can spend 20, 30 or even 40 years helping someone else build their business and creating their future…

But when it comes to building something for ourselves, we sometimes think:

“I don’t have the time.”
“Maybe it will take too long.”
“I’ll start when life gets less busy.”

But what if you simply started with a few hours a week? 🌱

As women, mums and business owners, our days can already be full. Family, work, responsibilities and everything in between can make it easy to put our own dreams on the back burner.

That’s why I decided to learn something new and explore the digital space. 📱💻

It wasn’t instant success. It took patience, consistency, learning, mentorship and believing in myself even when I was outside my comfort zone.

And today, I’m grateful that I can build something alongside my existing business and help others see that they can do it too. 💛

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Start small. Learn. Take action. Keep going.

💬 “I don’t have the money to start.”

That’s a message I recently received from so many people- and honestly, I understand. ❤️

When you have bills to pay, groceries to buy, a mortgage, kids’ expenses, and everyday responsibilities, investing in something new can feel scary.

But it made me think about a question I once had to ask myself:

“What happens if I keep waiting until I have extra money?”

The truth is, sometimes that “extra” money never comes—unless we find a way to create another source of income.

I didn’t start because I had money to spare.
I started because I wanted to create more options for myself and my family.

Was it a risk? Yes.
But I also realized that staying exactly where I was, without trying anything different, was a risk too.

Sometimes the question isn’t just:

“Can I afford to start?”

It’s also:

“What can I do today to change where I’ll be financially tomorrow?” ✨

✨ “I’M TOO BUSY…” — I USED TO UNDERSTAND THAT FEELING. ✨

As a mum of two teenagers, a wife, a business owner running two busy beauty salons, and someone who is also building a successful digital business… I know what a full life looks like. ❤️

Some days are appointments, staff, messages, clients, school runs, family time, dinner, housework and everything in between.

And somewhere in the middle of all that, it’s easy to think:

“When will I ever have time to build something for myself?”

I’ve learned that you don’t always need more time.

Sometimes you need to use the little time you already have differently. 🌷

I didn’t start my digital business because my life was empty or because I wanted to walk away from my salons.

I started because I wanted another option.

Something I could build alongside the life I already love.

Something that could give me more flexibility, personal growth and another income stream — while still being present for my family and running my businesses.

And honestly, it didn’t happen overnight.

It started with learning.

A little time here.
A little consistency there.
Learning something new.
Taking small steps even when life was busy.

Because if we keep waiting for the “perfect time”…

The children will grow up.
Work will get busier.
Life will find another reason to keep us waiting.

So maybe you don’t need to change your whole life.

Maybe you just need to start with 30 minutes a day.
Maybe it’s one training.
Maybe it’s one conversation.
Maybe it’s simply being open to learning something different.

✨ You can love the life you have and still want to create more.

I’m grateful for my beautiful family, my two salons and everything I’ve built so far.

And I’m equally grateful that I gave myself permission to explore another path too. ❤️

Because sometimes the first step isn’t having all the answers.

It’s simply saying:

“There has to be another way… and I’m willing to explore it.” 💻✨
