🔥🍗 Fire Up the Gas BBQ — Tropical Grilled Mango Chicken is Calling! 🍗🔥

If you’re after a flavour-packed, summery chicken recipe, this one’s a winner. This Grilled Mango Chicken is juicy, smoky + sweet. Perfect for your next backyard party.

📋 Quick recipe rundown:

Blend 2 mangos, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp of grated fresh ginger & 2 tbsp of water into a marinade

Pour most of the sauce over boneless chicken thighs, but reserve some sauce to serve!

Let the chicken soak for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to best lock in the flavour.

Grill on high heat for approximately 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through

Brush with reserved sauce & sprinkle with some fresh coriander!

Most LPG starts life as a by-product of natural gas and oil refining. That’s right — your BBQ, heater, or stove is powered by something that was carefully captured, purified & squeezed into a liquid under pressure before making its way to you. 😎

At Hills Gas Supply, we make sure that your gas arrives safely & reliably.

🔥 Understanding How Your Gas Bottle Works 🔥

Ever wondered how your gas bottle powers your BBQ, heater, or hot water system? Let's break it down:

1️⃣ Storage as Liquid: LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) is stored under pressure as a liquid in your gas bottle. This allows a large amount of energy to be stored in a compact space.

2️⃣ Vaporisation to Gas: When you turn on your appliance, the liquid LPG absorbs heat from the bottle walls, turning it into gas vapour. This process is known as vaporisation. The gas vapour is then delivered to your appliance at a safe, consistent pressure.

At Hills Gas Supply, we're committed to providing safe & reliable LPG solutions for your home. If you have any questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out!
