🔥🍗 Fire Up the Gas BBQ — Tropical Grilled Mango Chicken is Calling! 🍗🔥

If you’re after a flavour-packed, summery chicken recipe, this one’s a winner. This Grilled Mango Chicken is juicy, smoky + sweet. Perfect for your next backyard party.

📋 Quick recipe rundown:

Blend 2 mangos, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp of grated fresh ginger & 2 tbsp of water into a marinade

Pour most of the sauce over boneless chicken thighs, but reserve some sauce to serve!

Let the chicken soak for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to best lock in the flavour.

Grill on high heat for approximately 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through

Brush with reserved sauce & sprinkle with some fresh coriander!
