The Support Coordination team from HBC Support Coordination have done it!

In collaboration with the Hippie Brewing Co, our Group CEO has forged a work agreement that sees employability for the participants under our care as we explored ways for their workability and increased capacity.

This is a game changer for those whose lives are equally relevant and important.

HBC Support Coordination is pleased to announce the appointment of Cindy Dowling as our Associate Director.

Cindy takes the lead on all operational and personnel matters with HBC and we are looking forward to having her at the helm from her rise in her previous position as Senior Manager.

Have you met Sally?

You should as she is the newest on our Support Coordination team but with extended work experience in the Disability and Workability space.

Trained in Switzerland, travelled and worked extensively through many countries, we have Sally who looks at the world with different lenses which is a good thing for our participants who share the same aspirations and desires as we do to grow and improve themselves.

The team took pause today to celebrate and honour James Reuben on his retirement from the HBC Support Coordination team.

James has served with distinction and with care for his participants and colleagues and will be missed.
