Coastal Dreams & New Beginnings 🇳🇿☀️🐾

A brand new home in Alkimos for this professional couple relocating from New Zealand with their gorgeous pup Luna.

Working with this young couple was an absolute pleasure. Making the move from New Zealand to Perth was a huge decision, but we were able to help make the transition seamless, securing this stunning modern 4x2 just moments from the beach and local seaside cafés for sunset cocktail hours.

With reverse cycle air conditioning, a dishwasher, that unmistakable new-carpet smell, and sleek modern finishes throughout, this home ticked every box. But the real winner? The beautiful backyard that quickly became Luna’s favourite place to play and relax. 🐾
