One job turned into two when a breakdown struck. Our dual-role technicians were ready. Both skillsets kicked in, the problem was solved on the spot, and hours of downtime were wiped off the clock without the need for extra personnel.

We've partnered with Metsel Marine & Civil to support their sub-sea grouting operations.

Our dual-purpose technicians (Mechanic/Operators) after successfully completing Metsel’s grout operator training have commenced the first of multiple sub-sea projects. The results speak for themselves — streamlined workflows, reduced downtime, and major cost savings.

It’s a great example of how skilled, cross-trained teams can deliver real impact in complex environments.
