We're growing the crew!

Munganya is on the hunt for an HR-A Water Truck & Roller Operator (All Rounder) to join us on a long-term FIFO project out of Perth.

📍 FIFO ex Perth
🗓️ 2:2 roster
⏱️ 11.5–12 hour days
💰 $55/hr casual
🔁 Long term, ongoing work

This one suits an operator who's comfortable on both the water cart and the rollers, keeps their gear in good condition and is happy to jump in and help the crew where needed. If you take pride in leaving a job neat and to spec, you'll fit right in here.

You'll need a current HR-A licence, solid water truck and roller experience, and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A screen.

🚨 We're hiring an Earthworks Supervisor 🚨

$105/HR casual. 2:2 FIFO ex Perth. Brand new Landcruiser Ute, Work Laptop and Starlink.

This is a hands on supervision role, running crews and plant on a major Pilbara earthworks project. You'll own daily production, keep the fleet turning, run the toolbox meetings and prestart, and be a point of contact for the client on site.

What we're after:
◆ HR License (optional) + Manual License
◆ S26 experience + ticket
◆ Ability to pass a drug & alcohol screen and pre-employment medical
◆ A supervisor who leads from the front and gets the numbers without cutting corners on safety

🚨 We're hiring a Heavy Duty Mechanic to join the Munganya team 🚨

🔧 $90 – $100 per hour
🔧 2:2 even time roster (FIFO)
🔧 24 months of secured work
🔧 Brand new LandCruiser field ute assigned to you
🔧 Flights, camp accommodation and meals covered

You'll be out in the field responding to breakdowns, running scheduled servicing on heavy earthmoving gear, and doing the diagnostics and component change-outs that keep the fleet moving.

What we're after:
• Trade certificate in Heavy Duty / Mobile Plant Mechanics
• Solid experience on heavy earthmoving or mining equipment
• WA C-class Manual License and able to pass a pre-employment medical
• Mine site tickets highly regarded

🔹 7 x Spotters — EWP spotting.
🔹 5 x Spotters — crane and transport movement spotting.

The details:
📍 FIFO ex Perth
🗓 2:1 roster
⏱ Immediate start

What you'll need:
✅ Current car licence — manual
✅ Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
✅ White Card
✅ WAH + EWP tickets (EWP roles only)

We're after reliable, safety-focused people with good situational awareness and the confidence to stop the job when something isn't right. Previous spotting, traffic control or construction site experience is a bonus, but for the 5x Transport Spotter roles, no tickets are needed.
