We had a maintenance job for a house coming on the market soon.

Change doors, fix panes of glass from a broken door, to another broken door, reseal the bath and sink in the bathroom, change some flyscreens, fix the kitchen hinges, repair the front door step, paint the stoop and a bedroom door.

Refurbish and make good, walls, shelving, Windows, shades, flyscreens, skirting and a good old tidy up.

Plenty of red dust to scrub off first.

What a week.

Painted a whole house, scraped the stars off the ceiling, scraped or should I say, peeled the paint off the walls.

Prepped, primed and painted.

Looks great, walls hogs bristle quarter, vivid white architraves and skirting.

Removed entry tiles, and carpets. Made a brick doorway to fit a wheelchair. Replaced with jarrah skirting to entry to match the wood look planks going in next week.

Job jobbed.

Bit of tiling in the laundry to finish, once the bathroom renovation completed for wheelchair access.

Bit more painting this week.

Another Blue room turned white.

Added a hall way, painted a ceiling and cornice, filled a few teenage holes in the walls.

Lucky for the parents there is only one left at home...So they'll know who the offender of any new holes is.

Picked up 8 new doors, to furnish and hang from the big green shed, plus more paint.

Thankfully some cooler weather on the way.

Pressure cleaned a house today, and tended to a few fix it jobs.

Sugar soaped the walls and doors, applied a tinted undercoat, then added few layers of vivid white.

Laundry renovation

Our latest job was a laundry renovation.

Overhead cabinets, new bench top, laundry sink, tiling to the ceiling, and door handles.

Much more functional, clean look and plenty of storage.

Client will be updating the tapware to black when available.
