We’re very excited to officially welcome Kuldip and Nisarg as the newest franchisees to join the Urban Clean Western Australia family! 💚

Pictured here after recently completing their initial training and assessment with flying colours, this one has actually been a long time in the making!

Kuldip and Nisarg first came to meet with branch owner Sean a few years ago when they were part of another franchise system… we know, absolute traitors! 😂 But after coming across Urban Clean and learning more about what we were building here in WA, they were immediately interested.

At the time, they had other commitments and the timing wasn’t quite right. But rather than forgetting about it, they quietly kept an eye on us from the sidelines — following our progress, watching the WA network grow and keeping up with the continued development of Urban Clean.

And that’s something we’re particularly proud of.

At Urban Clean, we invest heavily in our systems, our support and, most importantly, our franchisees. There genuinely isn’t a day that goes by where our team isn’t looking at how we can improve what we do, strengthen the system and create better opportunities for the business owners within our network. 🚀

🎉FIVE YEARS OF URBAN CLEAN WESTERN AUSTRALIA!🎉

Today marks a very special milestone for Urban Clean Western Australia—and for our Branch Owner, Sean Millar.

Five years ago today, Sean sat down with Urban Clean founder Damien Boehm and took the first step towards bringing Urban Clean to Western Australia.

At the time, Sean had little more than a dream of building something meaningful for himself after a negative experience in another business venture. When he discovered Urban Clean, the opportunity sounded exciting—in fact, almost too good to be true!

Sean could see that Western Australia was crying out for a genuinely professional commercial cleaning provider. After several discussions with Damien, he recognised the enormous potential, backed himself and took the leap.

What a journey it has been since then!

Over the past five years, Urban Clean WA has:

🌟 Helped more than 80 aspiring entrepreneurs start and grow their own Urban Clean businesses
🌟 Supported the ongoing cleaning needs of more than 1,000 businesses
🌟 Created opportunities that have positively impacted hundreds of franchisees, employees and families
🌟 Been named WA Franchisor of the Year
🌟 Won Urban Clean’s Regional Branch of the Year three years in a row

These achievements are incredibly special, but for Sean, the greatest reward has always been the people behind them.

Reflecting on the journey, Sean said:

“I am incredibly proud of what Urban Clean Western Australia has achieved and become. Five years ago, I was genuinely scratching my head, wondering whether the business model was too good to be true and trying to work out what I was missing. It has certainly lived up to my expectations—and so much more.

The business model and systems are fantastic, but the most important part of this journey has been the people who have inspired me, supported me and helped build Urban Clean WA into what it is today.

From the leaders within Urban Clean, to my wife and our amazing employees; from our dedicated franchisees and their families and teams, to every customer who has trusted us with their business—none of this would exist without you.

It has been an absolute honour to share this journey with the entire Urban Clean family. Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past five years. I am incredibly excited about what we can achieve together in the years ahead.”
