Men’s Health Week 2026 | Fuelfix Cares 💪
This week, we’re putting real voices behind an important message.

Across our team, we asked:
What helps you stay mentally and physically strong on and off the job?

Here’s what they had to say 👇
No big speeches, just real & practical ways to:
✅ Reset when things get busy
✅ Stay active
✅ Talk it out
✅ Look out for your mates

In our industry, looking after your health isn’t optional, it’s part of keeping everyone safe.

If something’s not right, speak up.
If a mate seems off, check in.

We’re stronger when we look out for each other.

Men’s Health Week is coming up, let’s start the conversation now 💬
Next week marks Men’s Health Week across Australia, and at Fuelfix, we’re taking a moment to put mental health firmly on the agenda.

In our industry, it’s easy to stay focused on the job, the deadlines, and the next task but not always on how we’re actually going.

🚨 A simple reminder:
- Looking out for your mental health is just as important as your physical health
- Talking about it isn’t weakness, it’s strength
- Checking in with a mate can make a real difference

As we head into next week, we’re encouraging our team (and our network) to take small, practical steps:
✅ Start a real conversation
✅ Reach out if something feels off
✅ Make time to reset, both physically and mentally

We’ll be sharing more next week but for now, consider this your early nudge to check in.

Stronger teams start with people who feel supported.

EOFY is closing in and so is the window to upgrade site equipment and optimise capex. 💸

We’re releasing a final run of ex‑hire HL270 Hybrid Lighting Towers as part of our fleet renewal:

🚨 Available now from $26,000 at our Perth Metro branch — while stock lasts 🚨

These aren’t unknown second‑hand units.
They’ve been maintained and tested by Fuelfix technicians, with known history and low generator hours, ready for immediate deployment.

Why HL270 hybrid lighting stacks up on site:

✅ 270,000 lumens of high‑intensity lighting
✅ Up to 50% lower fuel consumption vs diesel‑only units
✅ Up to 280 hours runtime per fill
✅ Reduced refuelling, maintenance and engine wear

📢 Proven in the field:
At Perth Festival’s Boorna Waanginny event, 16 HL270 units averaged just 4.5 generator hours across 35 hours of operation, cutting fuel use, noise and emissions.

“The lighting towers were amazing, we loved them, and so did our client.”
— Desiree Boult, GM, Black & White – Power & Light

🗓️ EOFY advantage:
Eligible businesses may benefit from the $20,000 instant asset write‑off, making this timing even more relevant for equipment purchases before 30 June.*

‼️ Final weeks to secure EOFY stock — units are limited and moving quickly.

* Eligibility for the instant asset write‑off depends on individual circumstances. Customers should seek independent tax advice. Fuelfix does not provide tax or financial advice.

🌟 National Reconciliation Week 2026: All In for Reconciliation 🌟

From 27 May to 3 June, we recognise National Reconciliation Week, a time for all Australians to reflect, learn and take meaningful steps toward reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This year’s theme, “All In for Reconciliation,” is a clear call to action. It reminds us that reconciliation is not something we observe from the sidelines. It is something we all contribute to, every day, through our actions, conversations and relationships.

We recognise reconciliation as an ongoing journey, built on listening, learning and taking meaningful action. This commitment continues through the development of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan, helping guide how we strengthen relationships, demonstrate respect and create opportunities across our business.

Reconciliation is something we all have a role in. Not just this week, but in the way we show up every day.

Let’s be All In. 🙌🏽🖤💛❤️

Replacing ageing fuel infrastructure takes more than just installing new tanks. It requires a safe, well-coordinated changeover from start to finish. 🚧

Great to see this update from one of our East-Coast branches highlighting a recent project for one of our clients, a major bulk materials operator. Our Brisbane team delivered a complete tank replacement solution.

The scope included:
✅Decommissioning of the existing 2 tanks
✅Commissioning of two replacement hire tanks
✅Fuel management set-up including a fuel security solution utilising RFID readers
✅Preparation of the old tanks for recycling
✅Transport to the steel recyclers

This is a strong example of the practical, end-to-end support we provide to operations that need secured, fit-for-purpose fuel storage, compliant site setup, and fuel management technology, without unnecessary complexity.

👏 Well done again to the Brisbane team on delivering a complete solution for the customer.

If your site is running ageing fuel infrastructure and needs a safe replacement pathway, Fuelfix & Tanks2Go can help.

Energy transition on remote sites isn’t a theory exercise. It’s an operational challenge.

Across Australia’s mining, construction and infrastructure sectors, operators are facing the same pressures: rising diesel costs, tightening supply chains and increasing emissions expectations, all while maintaining uptime and safety.

At Fuelfix, we’re seeing a clear shift in how the resources sector is approaching this.

It’s not about replacing diesel overnight.
It’s about improving how energy is managed on site today.

✅ Reducing unnecessary generator runtime
✅ Improving fuel efficiency with better visibility and control
✅ Integrating hybrid and battery systems where they make commercial sense
✅ Strengthening reliability without disrupting operations

As our CEO Tricia Welsh recently shared, "energy transition in heavy industry is complex, site specific and deeply operational."

The sites making progress aren’t chasing headlines.
They’re focusing on practical outcomes: lower fuel consumption, reduced cost volatility and operational resilience, without compromising reliability.

💡💡 Case Study Spotlight 💡💡
The Fuelfix and Tanks2Go team has recently delivered a large scale, hybrid powered refuelling solution at a major mine expansion project in the Pilbara. Designed from the outset to meet both civil contractor requirements and the mine operator’s site standards, the solution is now supporting critical early stage works.

🚨 Strict site requirements, high fuel demand, and the need for reliable, compliant operations called for a solution that performs in a complex mining environment. Our hybrid powered refuelling setup is enabling efficient on-site fuel distribution while reducing diesel reliance and supporting operational continuity.

🔋 The integration of a Battery Energy Storage System ( ) has significantly reduced generator runtime compared to traditional temporary fuel facilities. In just 7 days, the generator ran for 10 hours in total, compared to 168 hours typically required. This delivered savings of 581L of fuel and reduced CO₂ emissions by 1.56 tonnes.

Aligned with site standards and construction workflows, the solution gives the project confidence, control, and consistency from day one.

Discover how our solutions support mining projects across Australia.
