Reef 2 Aquarium, a licensed marine life collector located in Western Australia, is seeking dedicated individuals who share our passion for diving. We specialize in providing exceptional quality aquarium ornamental marine life to both the research and aquarium industries worldwide.

Position: Marine Life Diver

About the Role:
This role entails diving to collect aquarium fish and corals within the Exmouth Gulf Area. We welcome experienced divers as well as those new to the field who are willing to undergo industry training. Our day-based trips are weather-dependent, with departures in the morning and returns in the afternoon. Additionally, there are nighttime shore collections.

In addition to diving, you'll participate in deck work and contribute to the care of livestock at our holding area. Physical fitness and teamwork are essential attributes for success. Our team takes immense pride in their work and strives for excellence. Competitive day rates are offered based on skills and experience.

About You:

Exceptional organizational skills
Competence in safe vessel operation and crew safety, along with animal husbandry
Ensuring safe and effective ex*****on of underwater operations
Solid understanding of marine-related OH&S legislation
Knowledge of marine ornamentals
Experience in live animal collection

Mandatory Diver Requirements:
Certified Advanced Diver or higher (preferably with rescue or dive master certification) – Current
Current First Aid/CPR certification
Current Dive Medical certification, or willingness to obtain one as part of the job offer
Boating experience
