Smooth, flavorful, and just a little bit tropical — this dip is a perfect match for your SkyFlakes crackers. It’s like guac… with an island twist!

🌿 Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado

½ cup cooked & chopped taro leaves (or substitute with spinach if needed)

2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream

1 clove garlic, minced

Juice of 1 lemon or lime

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: chopped chili or coriander for a flavor kick

🥣 Directions:

In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.

1 can Talofa Wahoo Tuna Flakes in Oil

1 can pineapple chunks (drained, juice reserved)

500g chicken breast or thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 red capsicum, sliced

1 onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

1 tbsp cornflour

1 tbsp oil

Spring onion + sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

🍳 Method:

Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp reserved pineapple juice, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, and cornflour. Stir until smooth.
